About Us
A Message from Your Tutor
Studies have shown that children learn best when their parents are actively involved in their school work, They take more interest if their parents also take an active interest in their studies. There comes a time, however, when parents cannot teach children directly, for a variety of reasons. Some parents work hard outside the home to provide for their children. Others have bright children that have surpassed their parent's knowledge. For these and other situations, a tutor may be helpful.

For those of us who are grown and taking college classes, tutoring can help to clarify topics and to make study easier.

Some adults may want to achieve personal goals, such as learn to write, speak, start a business, play music, or learn a language.

Music helps stimulate minds in creative ways. We offer piano lessons, to both children and adults. Methods vary depending on the goals of the family, and the ability of the student. Tutoring in some band instruments is also available.

Need to take a standardized test? We can test you for areas of weakness and help strengthen those areas.

A tutor can be the hand up you need to inspire success. Why limp when you can run?
